Delivery is handled entirely electronically via our automated delivery infrastructure. This process ensures that you get access to your assets 24/7, regardless of your geographical location.
2. Immediate Access (Instant Delivery)
Our system is designed to provide "Instant Access" upon successful verification of payment. Verification usually takes a few seconds but can occasionally take up to several minutes depending on the payment processor.
Direct Download
Immediately after payment, your browser will be redirected to a secure download page where you can save your files directly to your device.
Email Delivery
Simultaneously, an automated email is dispatched to the address you provided. This email contains a persistent link to your digital assets.
3. Technical Requirements
To ensure successful delivery and use of our products, you must ensure:
- A valid and active email address is used during checkout.
- Your email provider does not block automated messages from our domain (check your "Updates" or "Spam" folders).
- You have a stable internet connection to download the assets (some files may be large).
- You have software capable of extracting ZIP/RAR files (e.g., WinRAR, 7-Zip).
4. Failed or Delayed Delivery
While our system is 99.9% reliable, delays can occur due to payment gateway processing times or server maintenance.
If you have not received your download link within **30 minutes** of purchase, please do not worry. Contact us at **support@getstreamwidgets.com** with your order details. We will manually verify your transaction and provide the files within 24 hours.
5. Re-delivery and Link Expiration
Most download links are valid for a minimum of 1 year or a limited number of download attempts to prevent unauthorized sharing. If you lose your files or your link expires, please log in to your account to view your order history and generate a new link. If you checked out as a guest, please contact support for a manual re-delivery.
6. Intellectual Property Protection
Every digital asset delivered is digitally watermarked or tracked to prevent piracy. By receiving the delivery, you agree to our Terms of Service regarding the licensing and non-redistribution of our intellectual property.
