1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Description of Service

Getstreamwidgets operates as an online **marketplace** that connects independent creators ("Vendors") with buyers ("Customers"). Vendors list and sell digital streaming assets — including but not limited to widgets, overlays, graphics, and custom streaming tools — through the Platform. The Platform facilitates transactions, handles payment processing, and provides digital delivery infrastructure. Getstreamwidgets itself does not create or own the products sold by independent vendors unless explicitly stated.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Service or your account.
• **Age Requirement:** You must be at least 18 years old or have explicit parental consent to use the Service.
• **User Generated Content:** Any reviews, comments, or public store descriptions you post must not contain hate speech, explicit content, or abusive language.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Getstreamwidgets platform (including its design, code, and branding) is the intellectual property of Getstreamwidgets. However, the products listed and sold on the marketplace are the intellectual property of their respective **Vendors**. Upon purchase, the Vendor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal or professional streaming channels, unless otherwise specified in the product listing.

Prohibited Actions:

• Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works based on purchased products for the purpose of resale.
• Redistributing or sharing download links with third parties.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract the source code of any widget without express permission from the Vendor.
• Claiming ownership of a product created by a Vendor.

5. DMCA & Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that a Vendor is selling a product that infringes upon your copyright, please submit a formal takedown notice to support@getstreamwidgets.com with sufficient proof of ownership. We will promptly investigate and remove infringing content, and repeat offenders will face permanent account suspension.

6. Vendor Terms

Independent Vendors who sell through the Getstreamwidgets marketplace agree to the following:

• All products listed must be original work or properly licensed. Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to sell their products.
• Product descriptions, previews, and documentation must accurately represent the product being sold.
• Vendors retain intellectual property rights to their products. By listing on the Platform, Vendors grant Getstreamwidgets a license to display, promote, and distribute the product on behalf of the Vendor.
• Getstreamwidgets collects a commission on each sale, as outlined in the Vendor agreement at the time of vendor approval.
• Vendors are responsible for providing reasonable customer support for their products. The Platform may mediate disputes between buyers and vendors.
• Getstreamwidgets reserves the right to remove any product that violates these terms, infringes on third-party rights, or does not meet quality standards.

7. Payments, Billing, and Taxes

All payments on our marketplace are securely processed exclusively through **PayPal**. By submitting your payment information, you authorize PayPal to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method (PayPal balance, credit, or debit card). Payments for products are collected by the Platform and distributed to the respective Vendor after deducting the applicable commission.

**Transaction and Conversion Fees:** Please note that if your local currency is different from the store's currency (USD), PayPal may apply their standard currency conversion rates and fees. These additional costs are determined by PayPal and are the responsibility of the buyer.

**Taxes:** Independent Vendors are solely responsible for understanding and fulfilling any tax obligations (such as Sales Tax or VAT) applicable to their sales, based on their local jurisdiction. Getstreamwidgets acts only as the marketplace facilitator.

8. Platform Liability

Getstreamwidgets acts as an intermediary marketplace. While we verify vendors and review products for quality, we do not guarantee the performance, compatibility, or fitness of any product sold by independent vendors. Disputes regarding product quality or functionality should first be directed to the Vendor. If a resolution cannot be reached, the Platform's support team will mediate the dispute and may issue a refund at its discretion.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your account or your use of the Service, and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the Service if you violate any of these Terms. This applies equally to buyer and vendor accounts. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, GETSTREAMWIDGETS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PRODUCTS SOLD BY VENDORS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RESPECTIVE VENDOR.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Getstreamwidgets, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, special, indirect, or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use the Service or the products sold by independent vendors on the Platform.

12. Changes to Terms

Getstreamwidgets reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms at any time. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes will confirm your acceptance of such changes.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed only in the courts located in Sri Lanka.
