Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a product has been downloaded or the license key accessed, we cannot issue a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may issue refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Technical issues with the file that we are unable to resolve.
• Duplicate purchases of the same product.
• The product was not as described in the marketplace.
